Am I obliged to provide personal data?

Valentine Moreno will only request the data strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are collected; therefore, if the data is not provided, the requested service cannot be rendered.

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the data subject and Valentine Moreno will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest or as long as required by legal provisions, in which case they will be duly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.
